Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used perfumes
Customized or sample-size orders
Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [your email] with a photo and description of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the product and packaging, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
